The Coaches,
Baby

Hey Bootcamp fam🧡🖤

I'm Coach Malcolm, and I'm here to bring you energy, mindset and bangers that hit just as hard as the grind🔥

My background? Competitive basketball and American football shaped me early on. Discipline, teamwork and pushing past limits were everyday business. Later, I found my passion in the gym and on the bike as a cycling coach at Blackbike - and now, I'm bringing all that fire into bootcamp.

To me, training is way more than breaking a sweat. It's about showing up for yourself. Learning where your limits are - and then blowing past them. It's about building strength in your body and in your head. Because when you get stronger here, life outside starts to shift, too.

My sessions are loud, intense, and full of purpose. Expect fast pace, raw energy, and music that drives you forward - Techno, House, Hip-Hop, and Drum & Bass. The vibe is everything. I'm all in, and I'll push you to be, too.

What matters to me? Progress over perfection. Always.

No one walks in perfect. That's not the goal.

We show up to grow. To grind. To become the version of ourselves that doesn't settle.

Let's build something powerful together - step by step, drop by drop.

See you in the burn room🔥

That's exactly the energy I want to bring into my classes. You can expect spicy shakes, motivating beats, lots of positive energy and a space where you feel supported while pushing beyond your limits. My goal is for you to leave feeling stronger, more confident and proud of yourself every single time.
